FOR SALE:
A very nice and original GMT-MASTER 16700 (circa 1991 with E serial number) with a mint "Pepsi" insert, original tritium dial/hands and original, very tight, Oyster 93150 Oyster bracelet, all 12 links, with the correct "P" clasp date code and 501B end links.
The case back still wears the original 16700 green sticker as observed in a photo below.
Unlike other watches being offered for sale with later replacement bracelets, inserts or dials, this watch is very correct for the discriminating buyer.
The case, lugs and crown guards are very, very nice and have probably had a light polish in the polish. The lugs still retain most of the original chamfers. There is no corrosion on the case, inner case or the areas between the lugs. The serial number and model number are clearly visible with very minimal signs of wear around these numbers.
The watch was completely serviced this year and will be warrantied by my watchmaker until 12/31/17. (The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses in the event it needs to be returned for a repair.)
